Memorial Park Neighborhood Block Club

The purpose of the Niagara Falls Citizen Police Academy is to foster better communication between the citizens and the NFPD through education and demonstration. The Academy will help create a nucleus of well-informed citizens who will possess greater insight into the police practices and services.
