Old Business: Concerns regarding 12th alley behind 419 & 441 - 12th Street. The trash is very bad and smells. The landlord has been sent various letters regarding this matter through the City Inspectors office.

New Business: Leonard Laratta would like to invite the Chaplin to one of our meeting from the Homeless Shelter to tell us in his own words what the residence on the corner of Memorial Parkway and Ferry Avenue is really going to be. The subject will have to be tabled until next meeting.

Joanna Quaruni, from the City Market Block Club, has invited Assemblyman John Ceretto to be a speaker at their meeting October 6th at the American Legend City Market at 7:00 pm. The concern is regarding the upcoming Auction with the City of Niagara Falls auctioning off over 600 properties. Residence is tired of the decay of our city due to properties being sold to slum lords and outsiders bidders. They purchase the properties cheap, run them down and leave them. We need to change the law regarding this matter.

The residents fear that Assets manager slum lords will be at the auction. We need to stop this deteriorating disease.

If we go to the City Council with 200-300 people to show the Attorney General's Office that the City Council is laughing at the residents who care and wish to make a change. They might step in and assist the people in this matter.

There will be a "Hydro Fracking" meeting held at the Water Treatment Center on Buffalo Avenue Thursday, September 22 from 5-7 pm regarding the outside waste being processed in Niagara Falls. EPA has said that our Niagara Falls Facility is not able to handle the extra toxic waste.

There are concerns regarding the cigarette butts and gatherings behind the old Lady of Lebanon Church from the Fellowship House Patrons. The landlord should not have to clean up after them.

Meeting adjourned @ 8:25 pm.
