in the City of Niagara Falls

Founded by Mr. Joseph Monaco and Mary Jo Sutter in the early 1990s by a small group of concerned residence. Noreen Chatmon served as President for many years. She stepped back at the May 18, 2010 meeting and accepted the role of Vice President .
